Attendance, Cancellation & No-Refund Policy
Simple, clear requirements for JClark Nursing class attendance, cancellations, transfers, and certificate eligibility.
Full Attendance Required
Participants must complete the entire required instructional period to receive continuing education credit and a Certificate of Completion.
A participant who leaves early will not receive CE credit or a completion certificate for that class.
No Refunds
All JClark Nursing class registration payments are non-refundable. Once a participant registers and pays for a class, no monetary refund will be issued.
Cancellation Before Attending
If a participant cannot attend the class they registered for and cancels before attending, the paid registration may be transferred to an available makeup class or another eligible JClark Nursing class.
A cancellation does not result in a cash refund.
Leaving a Class Early
If a participant attends a class but leaves before completing the required instructional period, there is no refund and no makeup class for that incomplete session.
Leaving early means no CE credit, no certificate, no makeup class, and no refund.
Class Locations
JClark Nursing does not use one permanent classroom location for every course.
The confirmed location will appear with the specific class date on the class calendar and registration information.
